Returns / Exchanges
All of our products are made to order via a third party supplier; Due to this, we do not allow returns or exchanges on orders that have been processed. If you receive an item that is defective please email us within 5 days of receipt with a picture of the defect and we will ship a replacement out right away.
Refunds / Order Cancellation:
We are happy to refund your purchase if your order has not been processed by our supplier; We submit orders to the fulfillment center within 24 hrs so it is advisable to email us right away if you wish to cancel or need to make changes to any part of your order.
